You see, my friend was almost sucked into a similar situation as I had been in, but we were able to support each other and get through the unfortunate circumstances together! If information had not surfaced to give us both the closure needed, I doubt myself or those closest to us could have imagined or believed how negative and toxic things truly were! We were both naive and over trusting, but I can say with much confidence today that we are both stronger and wiser as the result!
After months of wondering what "I did wrong", I finally realized that it was nothing I did, nor my children did wrong. I believe wholeheartedly that these tough life-lessons were a gift from above and a second chance at happiness!! I’m ready, and my next post may be a while, but it will be with a fresh mindset and start of something amazing!
